Heat is a major issue in today’s computers and thermal grease helps the heat dissipation from a CPU to a heat sink. This Arctic Céramique features 2.5 grams of high density ceramic-based thermal compound and is optimized for use between high powered CPUs and high performance heat sinks!
This Arctic Céramique uses a high density layered composite of five unique shapes of thermally conductive aluminum oxide, boron nitride, and zinc oxide sub-micron particles. It also features a controlled Triple-Phase Viscosity for easy application!
